Ciszek Hall Jesuit Residential College

Ciszek Hall Jesuit Residential College (CHJRC) in the Bronx is an interdisciplinary, praxis-based first studies program created to train Jesuits in formation to analyze and understand the human condition amidst and through the complex social, political, economic and cultural contexts that characterize the contemporary global landscape. It will support newly vowed Jesuits as they acquire the intellectual, spiritual, and apostolic competencies necessary to engage, evaluate, and serve in the ever-changing contexts of Jesuit ministry. This three-year, twelve-month formation program also leads to a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Society (MAPS) granted by Fordham University.
